Points in the EoI that need clarification

Conflicts and gaps found in the EoI
  • EOI-I item 8 asks for a sample video of 5-7 minutes, while EOI-II item 5.3 asks for a sample video of 3-5 minutes. GYANSETU shows both as printed and does not pick one. Please confirm with CEC.
  • The EoI says to submit by mail, while a note on EOI-I mentions "uploading the form". GYANSETU only prepares the files. Follow the mail instruction unless CEC says otherwise.
  • The NIRF ranking is to be taken "as on the date specified in the EoI", but no date is specified in the document.
  • Part B requires a language, but the EOI-I proforma has no language field. GYANSETU adds an optional "Language of the MOOC" field using the Annexure-IV list.
